Your Purina cattle Consultant utilizes the most advanced tools in the industry to improve the performance and profitability of your operation.  Purina offers nutritional, technical analysis services for all kind of cattle business.

Services available for the cow-calf producer include various type of analysis (hay, silage, grain, water, soil and manure analysis) and ration balancing (Pur-A-Tech) to achieve appropriate growth, milk production, health and body condition score of your cows.  Our cattle consultant can evaluate body condition, elaborate creep feeding programs and develop programs for bulls and replacement heifers.

For the backgrouding and feedlot operations, the exclusive Purina Beef Tech model is used by our cattle consultant to evaluate and balance appropriate rations (phase feeding) for an optimum return on investment.  Receiving programs can also be customized for your cattle based on the level of stress they have been exposed to before arriving at your farm. 

Our Beef Database Program helps you better manage your operation and make proper marketing decision at the right time. Our program includes the follow-up of dry matter intake and moisture content variation of your ingredients (Koster) as well as the measurement of the effective fiber of the finished ration (Penn State).  The nutritional and econimical value of by-products can also be compared to the value of grains.  Our cattle consultant can perform nutrient and uniformity analysis of your total mixed ration to evaluate the efficacy of your mixer.  They can aslo assist you in financial analysis and projections for new and expanding operations.
